Apartment Service:

If you are staying less than 8 nights and require your apartment to be serviced and/or linen changed, please contact reception. A charge will be incurred for this additional service.

Check Out Time:

Check out is 10:00 am. If you require a late check out, this may be arranged at reception, subject to availability, and may incur a fee. Check-in time is 2:00pm

Starter Packs:

We only supply the apartment with tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper and detergents to get our guests started. Thereafter, guests need to purchase their own supplies. Woolworths Supermarket is located in the Oasis Shopping Centre – an easy five minute stroll.

Linen and Supplies:

Extra coffee, detergent, toilet paper etc is available to purchase from Reception. Extra towels and beach towels can also be hired. Hair dryer available free of charge, on request, from reception.

Internet:

The nearest internet cafe is opposite Woolworths Supermarket in Oasis Shopping Centre. Only incoming phone calls can be transferred to your room

Swimming Pool:

Pool/Spa/Sauna hours are 7:00am to 9:00pm. No glass permitted in the pool/sauna/spa and surrounding areas

Smoking:

All the apartments are non smoking, with smoking permitted on the balconys

BBQ:

The BBQ is located on the ground floor courtyard in the swimming pool area. Please do not take glass into the swimming pool area.

Transport and Tours:

Car rental, airport transfers and a wide range of tours and day trips can be booked through Reception at no extra cost.
